Appointments

Booking Fee: All bookings are subject to a 20% non-refundable booking fee, which will be deducted from the total cost of the service. The booking fee confirms and secures your appointment slot.

  1. Confirmation of Booking: A booking is only considered confirmed once the booking fee deposit has been received. Failure to submit the booking fee will result in the booking being unconfirmed and subject to availability.

  2. Appointment Changes and Amendments: If you need to change or amend the timing of your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Any changes made within this timeframe may be subject to availability.

  3. Adverse Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent the completion of the service, your booking fee will be held until a suitable alternative appointment can be rescheduled. We will work with you to find the earliest available slot that is convenient for both parties.

    At Diamond Detailers Co, we prioritize punctuality and strive to adhere to our scheduled appointment times. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that can disrupt our schedule. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to inform you of any changes to the arrival time that are beyond our control. Please rest assured that we will never compromise safety by rushing to meet a schedule.

Vehicle Condition

Additional Charges: In cases of heavy stains, excessive pet hair, or excessive debris/personal item removal, additional charges may apply due to the extra time required. If you require such services, please contact us for a personalized quote and to adjust the timing accordingly.

  1. Pricing: Pricing for our services varies depending on factors such as the size/type of the vehicle, the chosen package, and the condition of the vehicle. We strive to provide competitive and fair pricing for each individual case.

  2. Safety and Vehicle Condition: The safety and preservation of your vehicle are of utmost importance to us. Before we perform any services, we kindly request that you inform us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that could hinder the completion of the detailing. We will not proceed with any service that has the potential to cause harm or damage to your vehicle.

  3. Health and Safety Concerns: If your vehicle poses any potential threat to our health and safety, please inform us before booking so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

  4. Incomplete Detailing: If, upon arrival or delivery, your vehicle cannot be detailed as planned, a charge of 75% of the total booking amount will still apply. This fee is intended to cover the labour time lost.

  5. Custom/Non-Original Equipment: We will not remove or install custom/non-original equipment in your vehicle without prior consultation and agreement.

Location

Availability for Travel: We are available to travel to your desired location for our detailing services. However, please note that additional expenses related to travel must be met, including but not limited to transportation costs and accommodation (if necessary).

  1. Distance-Related Expenses: Any expenses incurred due to the distance traveled to your location will be the responsibility of the customer. This includes fuel costs, toll fees, parking fees, and any other expenses directly associated with the travel.

  2. Adequate Detailing Space: It is essential to provide a safe and suitable location for us to perform the detailing services. This space should be off-road and free from any obstructions, ensuring the safety of our team and your vehicle. You, as the customer, are responsible for arranging and providing this appropriate detailing space.

  3. Confirmation of Travel Arrangements: Prior to confirming travel arrangements, we will discuss and agree upon the expenses involved, including distance-related costs and any required accommodation. These details will be documented and confirmed in writing to ensure transparency and clarity.

  4. Changes or Cancellations: If, for any reason, the agreed-upon travel arrangements need to be changed or cancelled, please provide sufficient notice. Failure to do so may result in additional charges to cover any unrecoverable travel expenses already incurred.

  5. Liability and Insurance: While we take utmost care and precaution during travel and service delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transportation to and from the detailing location. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that appropriate insurance coverage is in place for their vehicle.

Please note that this Travel and Expense Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. By engaging our services and agreeing to travel arrangements, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined above. Photography & Video

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties. Registration details, location data, or identifiable property information will never be displayed without authentication from you, the customer.

Payment

Payment is required in full at time-of-service completion and after satisfactory inspection you, by way of debit/credit card, cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in advance. We require payment to terms.

Payment must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, off set, or counterclaim.

Late or non payment will incur additional fees.
